Refund policy

Studio D accepts returns within 14 days if the goods are not used, changed, washed, or otherwise manipulated. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, which should be unaltered and in good condition. Returns that do not meet this requirement may not be accepted. No goods may be returned without the prior written consent of Studio D. All returns are subject to a return charge, which must be covered by the customer. This applies to all returns unless the item is faulty, or an error was made on my part.
